December week 1

Pay It Forward!
I know you've all heard this phrase but now I want you to take it to heart and do it through fitness. I'd like you to share your fitness habits/strategies with another. We all need a 'fitness/exercise buddy' and if it's done in a kind and positive way it will be rewarding for all involved. Just for the month of December, I'd like you to be the 'positive fitness force' in another's life. Who knows, you both may enjoy it so much you'll continue as 'fitness buddies' indefinitely. Try it.......

  1. I've always played sports and exercised with my older brother. When we play tennis or basketball, not only is he my opponent, he is also my fitness partner/buddy. I feel that having someone exercise with you is better because it makes it more exciting and fun.

  2. My sister is a certified group fitness instructor and yoga instructor, her boyfriend is a personal trainer, my brother is into vitamins and nutrition, and I try my best to eat as healthy and naturally as I can. We all give each other advice and motivate one another. All the things I learn from them I pass on to my friends so they can live a healthy lifestyle as well.

  3. My sister is my fitness buddy. When we workout together we tend to motivate one another. I feel it's better this way because it makes the exercising more enjoyable. I encourage everyone to have a fitness partner.

  4. We workout as a family and we all encourage each other at different times. My mom is the one who keeps us going because she really wants to workout. My dad is a runner so he encourages us to run also.
